How to verify actual Messenger
Open Real Messenger, send a fresh question from your own test account, and compare its reply with the private preview. Facebook delivery, routing, and handoff can only be verified in Messenger. The dashboard preview currently tests each question independently; previous test messages are displayed for comparison but are not yet supplied as conversation history to the backend.
OpenAI OFF: Built-in FAQ replies from active knowledge. ON: OpenAI answers. Private test never sends Messenger messages.
